Return terms:

You must make your return within a given time frame:

• A maximum period of 14 days from receipt of your package.
• Make sure to return the package in its original packaging , with all labels
• Items must be in their original condition: new , unworn and odorless .

Please note : If any of the conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted. In this case, no refund will be issued.

Return shipping:

1.      Download the return slip here

2.      Print it and fill it out

3.      Insert the form into the package with the items to be returned to us

4.      Obtain a shipping slip via La Poste or Colissimo (delivery costs are your responsibility)

5.      Drop off your package at the address indicated on the slip

When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund for your order using the same payment method used for your purchase within 14 days of receipt by the seller.
